
Liz Coursen to confront comma at January meeting
The Sarasota Fiction Writers will kick off 2018 with a bang, as its members tackle one of the thorniest issues in the English language: the use of the comma. Christmas Party and Short Story Contest Winners
On Sunday, December 2, the members of the Sarasota Fiction Writers group gathered for a festive holiday dinner featuring the announcement of our short story contest winners. Following the dinner, for which members brought a variety of offerings, the group played a book exchange game before raffling off special prizes (including a book found in a wedding display, the aptly shelved "Beers of the World").
